Roles and Responsibilities :
Handling end to end recruitment
Working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques
Discuss the "core" of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand the offered job
Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings, and conference calls.
Should come with Positive attitude, confident & target oriented.
Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
Candidates with good communication skills.
Maintaining the candidates database of various levels.
Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.
Able to handle Job Portals and can utilize effectively.
Shortlist CV's, Conduct Telephonic Screening & Set up Interviews.
Creates & maintains a databank of candidates for various positions.
