Job Summary
Sourcing, Screening, recruiting, Onboarding and Exit formalities as per the company requirements is the major task.
Supportive role towards the following activities.
Attend to all employees queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
Maintaining attendance, leaves, check in/ check out, break timings etc.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Draft descriptive emails for meetings / correspondence / compliments / greetings etc.
Design and Conduct employee fun and team building activities.
Must have Knowledge to Excel Sheets, Word and PowerPoint and HRMS portal
Maintaining records of HR department, MIS Reports, Asset records, Administrative records, Team Records, Few payroll related records and all other necessary details as required by the Management
