Experience: 1 to 3 yrs. experience in a HRBP role. (Fresher can also apply with MBA internship )

Purpose of Position:
• HRBP is accountable and will collaborate with business unit to implement and support
business objectives on people management strategies. This strategic partnership impacts HR
services to business on Talent Management, Retention, Performance Management,
Compensation Management & Employee Engagement and Development
Key responsibilities:
• Assist the Business Partner team to provide effective people partnering to employees in all
aspects of employment life cycle
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Implement and drive HR programs, Employee Relations, Engagement & Management
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and address grievances
• Improving and monitoring employee productivity
• Assist in Day-to-day HR operational task (related to the BU assigned)
