Role & Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage concepts based on diseases, patients and science
Manage, create, and publish original, high quality content (writeup) related to scientific and patient-centric activities
Ability to synthesize biology of diseases into creative and narrative writeup, similar to review papers but with less scientific complexity (white papers and blogs).
Highly comfortable with digital art, content creation (visuals and writing)
Ability to research pathophysiology behind a disease, its presentation, standard of care etc
Day to day activities include interacting with other scientists, biologists, engineers and patient engagement team to understand the requirements to develop content
The primary focus is on writing disease centric white papers, blogs etc with proper citations and appropriate pictures
Education & Experience
Masters/PhD degree in Biology, Medicine, Nursing, Genetics, Pharmacy or affiliated sciences (lifesciences, healthcare etc)
Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, PhotoShop, InDesign); experience using social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
