Description
Work on all areas of HR operations viz., onboarding, probation/confirmation, leave and
timesheet management, attendance, monthly dashboards, payroll, expense reimbursement,
performance appraisal, and separation and attrition.
Recruitment - sourcing candidates, interview scheduling, and closure of open positions of
multiple clients.
Perform other activities and special projects as assigned
Special projects include Competency Mapping, Training Needs Identification and preparation
of a Training calendar for our clients.
Communication with various stakeholders and partners
Collate best-in-class HR practices for benchmarking
HR Statutory/Legal Compliance- Learn & understand applicable Labor laws & compliance followed by our clients to meet legal compliances.
HR Process & Policies - Learn & understand existing HR policies & processes; Assist executing
them timely & effectively
