Employee Separation
Initiation the process of full & final settlement of outgoing employees.
Ensuring that all exit formalities are complete.
Employee Motivation, Recognition & Retention
Carrying out activities to improve employees & management interaction like get together, informal meetings.
Initiating & coordinating the activities for the team members.
Looking after employees welfare activities.
