Screening candidate profiles from various job portals and identifying candidates.
Email blast / Job Post on various portals at regular intervals for sourcing interested candidates
Managing recruitment and selection process by sourcing suitable candidates for open positions and getting their interviews done
Employment verification of select candidates and prepare employment letters
Support in joining and exit formalities
Conduction Onboarding of new employees
Responsible for day to operations and admin related activities
Handling employee engagement activities
Prepare Daily work reports and maintaining weekly HR MIS reports
Maintain and strengthen HR documentation including policies and procedures
Assisting in other HR/Admin related work
