Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle management -Providing and tracking employee appointment letters, confirmation process, and letter -Developing a healthy employee relation -Building high retention actions by ensuring the best facilitation is given to employees as per policy -Responsible for learning and development of employees and imparting month training at stores -Ensuring employee engagement activities and R&R initiatives are in place and has a big impact on employee retention -Ensuring outlet is equipped with staffing and proper staff mix is there as per business -Working on labor cost optimization and cost per man-day to ensure cost is in alignment as budgeted -Skip, rapport and employee sense check sessions from time to time to know the feel of employees -Updating all stat. registers and calendars as per govt regulations -Sharing of all payroll-related inputs as and when required -Being the employee champion so that employee feels at ease in reaching out and sharing any concern or feedback. -Analysis of local employee facility, market wages trend, attrition, etc.
