Description
Designing & Content Responsibilities
o Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
o Create / remodel exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
o Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
o Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
o Work with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to create effective instructor-led and Web-based instructional content
o Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
o Ability to conceptualize effective training strategies
o Reviews all e-Learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, standards, etc. to build highquality e-learning courses
o Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product o Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design Project Management Responsibilities
o Manage the training and documentation process o Establish and maintain schedules and deliverable deadlines
o Facilitate the SMEs in providing content to be converted o Meet with content experts and the training specialist on a regular basis
o Understand processes and procedures completely and ensure the material is in sync with the process flow.
o Hold regular meetings with the Training team and SMEs to:
Provide status updates
Address concerns
Meet project deadlines o Ensure accurate, correct documentation according to rules, styles, and templates established by the organization
o Attend design reviews and demos
o Update information in the modules (if any) due to changes in the business processes o Schedule and perform usability tests with content experts and the training specialist
