Work iteratively to ensure that the final training meets the users needs. Use data to identify clear user needs. Creating actionable, easy to understand learning content. Choose the right format based on user requirements. These formats include determining whether the content should be digital, or instructor led, simple modules or extensively interactive etc. Be able to work quickly and accurately to deliver learning to meet the deadlines. Ensure learning content is accurate and high quality. Use and implement best practice systems and processes to ensure the team and wider organisation delivers the best in user centred learning design. Coaching or buddying junior members of the team. Graduation (in any discipline) A Certificate course in Instructional designing is preferable.
