Description

1. .Prepare projects timelines- preferably in MS project 2. Responsible for PM for new Project in aluminum Casting for GDC & LPDC Process starting from RFQ 3.Derive & monitoring product Costing 4. Prepare , obtain & monitor capital budget (Capax) through project life cycle 5. Review/ Track project scheduled with CFT & Sr. Mgmt. 6. Documentation of projects as per APQP guidelines. 7. Manage project budget and resource allocation 8. Work closely with CFT & ensure project is on schedule. 9. Process setting through trails , capacity enhancement & layout planning for new Product 10. Perform project review with senior management for time , cost , Scope & quality status / concern as per review as A.R.A.I 11. Liasion with customer on regular basis for update on development 12. Core tools handling such as PPAP,PFMEA, Control Plans ,SPC etc. in the new project 13. Ensuring understanding and mitigation of risk to project timing, escalate exceptions during development
