Roles and Responsibilities
Preparing Job Descriptions for smooth and relevant hiring.
Experience in hiring from all the manpower sourcing platforms (Offline and Online) for Eg - Training Staff, Sales and Business Development, Operations Team Members etc. Conducting productive recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating employee life cycle.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Should have strong knowledge of implementing all the employee related policies such as Grievances, Behavior, Appraisal, Clear Desk, policies etc.
Maintaining HR records, such as Attendance/ Biometrics, Leaves, Holidays, Medicals Maternity, renewable policies etc.
Should generate reports on internal audits of Database, Infrastructure, Company Assets.
Conducting various employee engagement activities on a timely basis.
Should have fair knowledge of escalation matrix
Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines
Should be actively involved in all the institutional activities like Festive celebrations, campus activities, exhibition fairs, cultural and CSR Activities etc.
Any other work allotted by the management.
Qualification and Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience of handling operations
Experience of hiring technical and software trainers as well as technical sales staff
Graduates or MBA would be preferred
Educational Industry experience would be given a first priority.
