We, Phoeniixx Designs are looking for a Project Executive/Project Coordinator/Client Servicing for Digital Design Department. This job is for coordinating with clients and delivering tested collaterals to clients as per their brief or requirement. The candidate would be solely responsible to deliver quality and error-free work to the client.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ability to understand the client's requirement and test the collaterals according to the client's requirement and get it done by the team assignee. Ability to interact with Clients and Team on a continuous basis. Ability to coordinate with the team and the client. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills. To check if the team has all the necessary resources to execute the testing activities. Updating the Senior Project manager regularly about the progress of testing activities. Finding Bugs in the collaterals and getting them fixed within the timeframe. Creating the workflow of the project. Will be responsible for delivering client's project on time. Will be communicating with the team to deliver the projects on time. Timely work review to maintain the quality of production. Willing to coordinate with clients after working hours.
