Roles and Responsibilities
Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives.

. Good verbal and written communication.
Should know Emails handling, Recruitment (Non IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance, etc.
Partner with HRBP(s) on the implementation of HR strategies, programs, and solutions.
Reporting to the HRBP Manager, you will balance corporate, function, and geographic business needs in deploying HR programs to the business units, and collaborate with the global HR team to influence the design and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to meet business needs.
