Execute all Change Management Interventions Build Strong Stakeholder relationships, and engage in a periodic formal & informal meetings with stakeholders to get the latest pulse from the ground Employee Connects Sessions regional and zonal level Partner with business leaders for organizing annual meetings, etc Employee Lifecycle Management - Manage people-related discussions and interventions along with BU leads Contribute towards Cross-Functional Tasks / Projects Execute all COE initiatives for respective business units mapped:

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting welcome calls/emails, new joinee assimilation meets Conduct skip-level meetings with stakeholders to identify issues/concerns if any and draft action plans to address them Employee grievance management MIS and Dashboard management as required Plan and come up with retention initiatives for the unit along with the business stakeholders
