Job Description : Location: Gurgaon Timings-General Number of working hours-5/6 days/9 hours(Depending on business need) Hiring Mode-Contract Contract duration- Initially 6 months (Extendable) Job Decsription 8-12 years of experience with a variety of learning formats web-based, instructor-led, micro learning etc. Excellent communication and articulation skills Ability to conduct need analysis through user and stakeholder interviews and convert the insights into a contextual design Ability to develop as well as review instructional material for quality and consistency Create instructionally sound content that map to defined learning outcomes.
