Roles and Responsibilities
The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing instructional material, such as customer training courses, that help support the company's technical products
Create material that helps all types of users to understand the product better
Develop courses that cater to all levels of the audience
Demonstrate efficiency through analysis of customers' needs and managing projects
Determine the needs of the course and the appropriate method of delivery.
Design and develop interactive courseware for customer training
Ensure integrity of task analyses, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans
Collaborate with internal and external partners to determine a specific design focus.
Lead all phases of instruction development.
Participate in multiple projects.
