product from concept through maturity and eventually to disinvest stage.
Managing work allocation of scrum teams by translating features into prioritizing
user stories.
Building and actively managing a product backlog of features and capabilities that
are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business teams. Full
participation in and support of agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce the agile
transformation of the delivery team.
Communicating and building consensus across multiple departments in creating the
software product requirements.
Thinking and innovating design to explore new ideas and drive the outcomes quickly.
Proactively assisting the business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps.
Moreover serving as the primary interface with development teams and technology teams
on project planning and management.
