Description
Work with business units to capture requirements on Talent Acquisition as per the defined
format and work with the team to execute Sourcing & Selection, Hiring, and Onboarding
activities in an effective manner.
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Must be able to work in a team
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly goals related to calls and emails
To execute various Employee Engagement activities throughout the year as planned.
Be the SPOC for Employee Grievances and work with concerned stakeholders to provide resolution.
Work with BUs to execute Performance Appraisals in a timely and effective manner.
Work with BUs to capture requirements on Talent Acquisition as per the defined format and work with the team to execute Sourcing & Selection, Hiring, and Onboarding activities in an effective manner.
Work closely with Manager - HR on L&D Strategies and coordinate with BUs to execute L&D initiatives in a calendarized manner.
Ensure, that all the trackers and reports are maintained in a timely manner.
Ensure the Leave and Attendance of employees across BUs are managed on a Daily and Weekly basis. Further, perform reconciliation on a monthly basis to aid Payroll Process.
Perform and ensure the accuracy of Employee Separation activities and Statutory Compliance.
