Position Summary : Gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under the direction of experienced personnel by performing the following duties. Role: Trained on various key metrics to analyse the process for your clients Training will be provided on team handling and other leadership qualities Will be trained to Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage your clients Report on the progress of team goals and objectives linked to organizational goals Training for managerial /supervisory positions.
