Position Summary :
Gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under the direction of experienced personnel by performing the following duties.
Role:
Trained on various key metrics to analyse the process for your clients
Training will be provided on team handling and other leadership qualities
Will be trained to Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage your clients
Report on the progress of team goals and objectives linked to organizational goals
Training for managerial /supervisory positions.
Growth Period:
Management trainee or Intern will be provided with 3-6 months of comprehensive training to take leadership roles across the operation and other enabling functions

Responsibilities:
Based on their performance during the training period, the candidate will be offered roles that are Lead Analysts, Group Coordinators, Assistant Team Leaders - which are managerial roles that report directly to the leadership team from India and the US.
Preferred Candidates:
**MBA Freshers or MBA Graduates with 1-3 years of work experience with specializations in Marketing, Finance, International Business, Information Systems, and Supply Chain Management from Tier 1 and Tier 2 MBA colleges in India.
** Mtech graduates can also apply.
