To ensure the required spare parts and accessories are supplied at site as and when required. Duties and responsibilities: Shall include but not be limited to:- Receive Purchase Requests from Site In-charges Reporting to Purchase Manager and ensuring that required spare parts and accessories reaches site on time. Execute the local purchase of spares parts and services as per requirement of site in-charges & guideline from Purchase department, Take support from Engineers, site Managers and Purchase manager whenever necessary. Source local vendors for local purchases Maintain stock records or register as deem fit. Maintaining minimum stocks required Prepare the list of spares and accessories which required regularly and frequently by taking inputs from Operation team, and have an analysis review and update time to time.
