Resolves claims of moderate complexity, including claims involving hospital inpatient bills, coordination of benefits, co-surgeons, multiple surgical procedures, dual entitled members, adjustments, workers compensation, or motor vehicle accidents. May research, resolve, and respond to inquiries and problems of a moderately complex nature. May be responsible for mentoring newer associates. Routes claims that cannot be finalized.
