Conduct HR round interviews thoroughly
Coordinate interviews with Manager & selected candidates
Following up on the interview process status with respective clients.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing
goals are achieved with TAT defined
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have experience in IT and non IT recruitment
Well versed with job portals
Handled end to end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening profiles, preliminary discussion
Scheduling interviews, coordinating with the technical panels and candidates
Job Posting in Various Job Portals like Shine, Naukri etc.
Handling recruitment of different levels starting from Junior, Middle and Seniors etc
Follow-Up the short-listed Candidates till they join the Company
