Lateral Hiring for Replacement and New Positions. Ensure timely closure of open positions at all levels as assigned from time to time. Cost-effective recruitment by using job portals, social media, and employee referral scheme
Responsible for various HR operational activities.
Conducting regular employee connects and giving pulse to the leaders for initiating necessary action.
Actively participate in various projects in the area of Center of Excellence.
Provide support in various Talent Management initiatives.
