Process all local recruitment requests effectively and efficiently.
Induction and On-Boarding -
Scheduling and conducting the Induction/Orientation Programs for a smooth transition of new entrants.
Prepare welcome notes and circulate them to all concerned and introduce the new entrants to all employees.
Completing Joining formalities for all new hires.
Performance Management Systems (PMS) & Implementation -
Maintenance of MIS for State along with Data Accuracy/Validation/Updation in PMS.
Completion of insufficiency of docs required in clearance for Background verification.
Imparting training on PMS, Defining KRA, Self Appraisal, and retention Management.
