Description
The incumbent will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring Social Media strategy of Tata Consumer Soulfull in order to increase brand awareness among the consumers, improve marketing efforts, ensure high levels of web traffic and thus increase sales of various products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, Implement and Manage the social media strategy of Tata Consumer Soulfull Pvt. Ltd. • Drive Social Media content creation with the help of agency partners
Work with Brand Managers to set specific objectives related to Social Media Management and report ROI
Measure the success of every Social Media Campaign initiated by the company
Run the influencer marketing for the brand
Increase the KPIs of the brand across social media platforms
Generate, Edit, Publish and Share engaging content in social media
Stay up to date with latest and best Social Media practices
Use different Social Media Marketing tools effectively and efficiently
• Ensure Social Media content is appealing and informative
• Communicate with followers passionately, Respond to various queries in various digital media in a timely manner and Monitor customer reviews in different digital platforms
Liaison with various teams such as Sales & Marketing, NPD etc. to stay up to date about the latest happenings in the company and reflect the same in Social Media Campaigns
