Build and Manage overall Email Marketing Strategy
Continuous execution of A/B Testing and running Drip campaigns to test, optimize and rapidly improve campaign performance.
Segment audiences based on campaigns or strategies
Proactively monitor Email marketing metrics to measure campaign success and provide analysis to improve effectiveness.
Design and modify Email templates using HTML and CSS
Create landing pages signup forms as per requirement
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
Create email databases for Lead Generation
Clean and validate using Excel and SQL.
Improve Email Deliverability, Domain warmup, and Mail server configuration.
Own the success and performance of Email Marketing Campaigns and the team.
Drive revenue and growth
Develop, submit, and present performance report to the Management as directed.
May required to Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 Members
Create training materials for the new employees, knowledge database, transition documents, and organized documentation of past campaigns and data.
Ensure emails follow industry policies, best practices, and compliances.
