Roles & Responsibilities Determining the most logical and precise way to present information Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience Write easy-to-understand user interface texts Create and maintain the information architecture Coordinating & interacting with internal stakeholders to understand requirements Able to write and proofread content, training documents viz. process related SOPs, etc.

Role and Responsibilities

• Strong written / verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums. Must have excellent written expression to be able to convert rough process drafts to easily understandable documents. Good command over English Must possess technical & analytical skills Demonstrated ability to present data/ideas graphically Must have an eye catching resume Exceptional proofreading skills, able to spot formatting, alignment & grammatical errors etc in the professional documents Basic designing & editing skills on any software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Scribus etc
