Primary Skills (Technical & Functional) Excellent written & verbal communication in English. Experience in any ERP Systems Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Procurement, Sourcing, buying 8 Secondary Skills (Technical & Functional) Demand Planning experience in the SCM domain. Advance excel/VB script/Macro Data analysis & interpretation Basic Knowledge in Six Sigma 9 Desired Profile (Soft Skills, Role-specific skills, Personality, Professional & Behavioral skills) Positive attitude Team Player

Role and Responsibilities

• Daily phone calls with past due suppliers Request material to be expedited If material is unavailable requesting a revised ship date/recovery plan Look for an Alternative approved supplier that carries the same approved parts Provide recommendations to FT Supplier Schedulers Information share / Escalation Provide an email summary daily to the FT Schedulers on the status of the past due material and who at the supplier was contacted Escalate suppliers unable to provide a recovery plan Escalate when the recovery plan is not sufficient and will impact Operations Actively seek digital/automation solutions on key tasks Work with Leadership to identify supplier delivery risks.
