Description

Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints through web-chat and voice based communication tools. (Primarily Chat). Customer's queries would be in French Canadian Language (Chat+Voice) Responsible to receive incoming Chat conversations / Calls and respond to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards
