Design and develop training programs(outsourced and/or in-house).
Select appropriate training methods oractivities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professionaldevelopment classes).
Use known education principles and stayup to date on new training methods and techniques.
Conduct organization-wide trainingneeds assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that needs to beaddressed
Map out annual training plans forvarious expertise units across the firm
Monitor and report performance withinternal stakeholders and liaise with experts
Support the L & D functional headwith all the reporting requirements at the firm level
Otherenhancement and maintenance of the LMS .
