Roles and Responsibilities
As a Talent Manager, the ideal candidate is responsible for setting up of KRAs/KPIs for each job role. Design & implement the Annual Performance Appraisal System. The Performance Management includes, Mid-term Appraisals, Probation and Annual Appraisals.
Conducting periodical Performance Review meetings with different Departments
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate with MBA [HR] with at least 5 to 6 years relevant experience is preferred.
