ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Creation of technical specifications based on a requirements document Ability to estimate the level of effort/cost of new requirements and support requests Review and understand business requirements/use cases and functional details Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for one or more of FS-CD, Fi-GL, FS-RI and Workflow Design solutions that maximize the out of the box features of the product and minimize customizations Test configuration changes and assist QA team in test planning and troubleshooting Facilitate end user acceptance testing Research business situations, identify areas of concern and present solutions
