Roles & Responsibilities Determining the most logical and precise way to present information Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience Write easy-to-understand user interface texts Create and maintain the information architecture Coordinating & interacting with internal stakeholders to understand requirements Able to write and proofread content, training documents viz. process related SOPs, etc. Conceptualize social media content, whitepapers, content for videos and other form of content Writing copy for blogs, social media, whitepapers, and other communication material Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate, and invokes interest for its intended audience. Requirements Strong written / verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums. Must have excellent written expression to be able to convert rough process drafts to easily understandable documents. Good command over English Must possess technical & analytical skills Demonstrated ability to present data/ideas graphically Must have eye to detailing Exceptional proofreading skills, able to spot formatting, alignment & grammatical errors etc in the professional documents Basic designing & editing skills on software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Scribus etc Must be tech-savvy Exceptional copywriting skills A flair for content planning & creation Strategic thought process towards developing cross functional content Experience in developing LFCs like whitepapers, blogs, case studies Experience in social media content planning Experience in community content planning, discussion forums management would be a plus Ability to deliver clear & crisp creative briefs to designers Ability to coordinate with multiple teams & stakeholders Experience in writing SEO focused content would be a plus Ability to work with multiple teams.
