Technical Content Writer
Who is a Technical Content Writer?
A sponge in the truest sense. The individual would absorb complex information, and craft meaningful
content introducing product aspects and engineering concepts to the relevant audience. At the core,
he will narrate the What, Why, and How” of the product to internal and external documentation
consumers. A Technical Content Writer assists the organization with an impactful and timely flow of
knowledge.

concise manner to the relevant audience.

Documentation Ninja
• A language enthusiast with impeccable writing skills and a grasp of English grammar.
• Periodically review documents and recommend revisions in terms of language or changes in
scope, format, and content for optimal clarity and enhanced usability.
• Well-versed in creating Developer Documentation, Curriculum Development & Instructional
Designing, and Training Material.
• Strong understanding of agile ways of working and is a clever storyteller.
• Quickly grasp hold of new tools and technologies and create content around it.
Techy at the core
• Knowledge of or experience in DevOps - Application Development, CI/CD, etc.
• Knowledge of Big Data world-related terminologies, tools, and technologies.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Federated Query Engines.
• Knowledge or experience in executing projects in programming languages such as Java, Python,
Spark, etc. (at least one)
Can shoulder
• Complete ownership of the content lifecycle of a project.
• Manage inter-team collaboration including logistics of all communication independently.
• Assess the work of self and others to maintain consistent quality.
• Adhere to the style guides of the organization and its policies for publication.
You will be responsible for:
• Assisting the organization with the development of Technical Documentation including but not
limited to user/developer documentation, writing engineering documents, and creation of
knowledge base articles.
• Creation of training materials for clients, SI partners, and the internal team as well as
onboarding. These may include the creation of videos, documents, Instruction Lead
Documentation, and Distant Learning Training materials.
• Act as Tech Evangelist.
• Creation of UI side content to assist the users with navigation of the component.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver optimal outputs
at all times.
Hola, if you have (preferred experience):
• Experience in Building a community of like-minded people around an enterprise product.
• Experience in Dev. Relations.
• Minimum 4 years of technical writing experience.
• Experience in using Help authoring tools, version control software, and tutorial creation software would be an asset.
• Experience in Training & Curriculum Design.
