2. Source candidates, screen applications, and drive the interview process
3. Content creation for training modules
4. Create and maintain personnel files and performs HR filing
5. Handle MIS
6. Assist the corporate HR team with daily activities
7. Work on employee onboarding on HRMS
8. Coordinate with the unit HR team in collecting data
