We are looking for SAP HR Techno-Functional Consultant our office in Mumbai. Candidate should have extensive experience in functional configuration of SAP HCM modules with expertise in ECM, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits Administration, PA , OM , ESS/MSS, Change Management, organizational processes re-engineering. Experience -4- 8 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP HR JD is as follows : Responsibilities include : Role - SAP HR Techno-Functional Consultant Job Roles & Responsibilities : a. Functional knowledge of SAP HR with strong experience in doing configuration. b. Good understanding and working with ABAP-HR programming (involving infotypes - PA/OM, payroll, structural authorizations, HR macros, logical databases etc c. ESS/MSS Portals, ABAP on HANA. SAP FIORI /SAPUI5, Good exposure on IDOCS. ALE/IDOC configuration & outbound interfaces. d. Perform daily support and upgrade for SAP HR, including functional & technical issues e. Maintain, configure and develop custom programs f. Strong troubleshooting skills, and assist in code transport management g. Perform and support User Access Management, if necessary h. Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
