Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end spectrum of Compensation processes, incl. and not limited to commissioning of surveys/benchmarking studies, budgeting exercises, salary planning, bonus roll outs and Retention plans. Provide subject matter expertise and ideas within the Rewards space Support in aligning business and people strategies through appropriate advice / interventions in areas of Rewards
