Location: Pune, Yarwada Please find the below JD for the role. Black Belt certification is a must. At least 10 to 12 years experience in leading PTP CI projects (Lean Six Sigma, workshops or other) Experience of conducting Six Sigma Training programs( Green belt, Yellow belt) Experience of driving Automation projects using various technologies(RPA, Python, Desktop Automation) Experience in a large multi-national corporation service center or BPO is highly desirable Experience in working on strategic projects within a shared services environment but also with the Business Unit leadership teams Ability to influence change, deal with ambiguity and drive best practices. This includes process improvement initiatives in a fragmented IT landscape. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the proven ability to effectively supervise, mentor and influence employees Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel (pivots and v-lookup), Strong leadership qualities to work within a matrix business model, deal with ambiguity, and to solve business problems that create shareholder value. English proficiency required; written and verbal
