About the Role: Position Summary:
Strong Project/ Transition Management: Identify & define business case; project tasks & resource requirements; creates project plan / transition plan depending on solution complexity, priorities & deliverables. Create & deliver status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation
Strengthen relationships: Work closely with customers to deliver their projects. Working with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, identify solutions, create detailed plans and lead transitions
Reporting: The ability to report and present to executive management
Strategic Initiatives: Should be able to effectively contribute to organization strategic initiatives
Competent Knowledge of Project Management Frameworks or Transition Frameworks
Requires minimal supervision and independently executes the projects and programs.
Excellent ability in documentation and creating presentations and templates with minimal supervision
Responsible for risk management understand the business and operational risks and keep the appropriate stakeholders well informed
Facilitate all Internal & client calls; track all minutes and share with stakeholders
Assist with completion of RFIs, RFPs, Management presentations, new client material etc.
Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with team members, managers, and in-house team
Ability to work in grey areas and move them towards logical direction
Excellent time management by being able to manage multiple reporting projects running in parallel
Interact with CXO group, decode management direction into actionable strategy
Required:
Bachelors degree, with good communication skills, knowledge & experience of Microsoft office / Project Management tools especially MS VISIO, MS Project
7 10 years of Project Management experience
Management Communication
Direct Client Management
Preferred:
MBA Masters of Business Administration (preferred)
Prince2/ PMP Certified (preferred)
Certification/Knowledge of Six Sigma/ Lean/ Statistics
