As an Analyst I- Service Management, you will be primarily responsible for monitoring our applications, 24x7. Also, will utilize monitoring tools for monitoring issues, monitoring trends, and performing data analysis.

Taking Care of Digital Operations Center as a DOC Analyst.
You will be primarily responsible for monitoring our applications, 24x7.
You will utilize monitoring tools for monitoring issues, monitoring trends, and performing data analysis.
If there is any error in Trends and analysis need to report to production and development teams.
Understanding data traffic and user logs.
What do you need to know? Knowledge and qualification
A candidate who has interest in data analysis or has a data analysis background is what we are looking for.
They should have exposure to Excel and be comfortable with Excel at the minimum, using formulas and data charts and other analytic functions in Excel.
Outside of Excel, if they have a technical (programming/scripting) background this would be preferred.
If they also have exposure to Data Dog, Power BI, Tableau, or any other monitoring tool, this would be a positive.
shift based position changing weekly from morning, afternoon, and night shift.
Also the candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
