Description

Assess Huntsman products for various applications /certifications e.g. Food, medical, toys, Food contact, cosmetics, potable water etc. and Ecolabels Support regulatory affairs team in notification of Huntsman products to country specific product registers Ensure availability of updated regulatory datasheets (RDS) on Huntsman intranet for business sales/marketing, customer service teams to respond to non-key customers. Support product stewardship manager in achieving team goals, response time targets and training business stakeholders. Participate in product stewardship and regulatory affairs team activities/discussions to deliver assigned tasks and results.

Role and Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities: Issue Product compliance certificates / Regulatory Datasheets / Product declarations in response to enquiries received from global customers, ensuring fast and efficient query resolution. Maintain company databases to record customer responses for future retrieval, trend analysis and deriving meaningful actions. Understanding and analyzing trends in regulatory enquiries to optimize response time. Network with business technical, sales, marketing and customer service teams. Understand customer segmentation and servicing expectations of each business. Execute tiered customer response strategies to meet cost to serve objectives.
