Job Description :-
1. To advise the clients of the DIGI partners on call.
2. To activate clients in cross segments like Derivatives, Currency & Commodity.
3. To drive broking revenue through MOFSL in-house expert advisory and research services.
4. To promote in-house equity market related products like IAP, TGS, Insurance to the clients.
5. To arrange Webinar to promote IAP & TGS.
6. To Guide the clients on web & Mobile application training.
7. Performance Assessment would be done on the basis of predefined target achievements Broking revenue, Product promotion, Talk time, client connectivity & relationship with the mapped Franchise partners.
8. Best in the industry incentive structures with quarterly appraisal process to define smoother lateral and vertical career growth.
9. Coordination with different department (RMS, Risk, Compliance, Sales) for facilitate clients /Franchise partners.
Requirements :-
> NISM VIII - Equity & Derivatives Series 8 (Certification)
> NISM fresher or minimum 6 months of experience or more shall be considered
