Roles and Responsibilities:
-Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
-Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
-Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price.
-Handling HNI client's investment requirement.
-Pleasing personality and able to handle sales within defined guidelines.
-Calling and fixing meetings with clients
- Team handling of 8-10 size in realestate industry
- Compiling and analysing sales figure
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets.
Required Candidate profile
-Good experience in Sales
- Ability to work independently
- Good experience in sales
-Must have excellent communication, presentation and retention skills
-Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability
-A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients
-Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self- starter
-Candidate Must possess excellent Communication skills and Presentable
