We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide support to our clients and team.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various supportive tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, scheduling meetings with clients, and keeping the managing system updated. You will organize and update files, answer calls and emails, and assist in creating presentations and sales materials.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Create documents, as assigned
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
-Maintain the database.
-Co-ordinate with clients regarding the work.
