Job description Quality Manager QMS Roles and Responsibilities: Drive implementation of Quality Management System in which includes design, implementation of QMS and verification of adherence through Internal QMS audits in line with ISO 9001 Responsible for QMS audit adherence, QMS audit quality and co-ordination for external audits Periodic reporting to management on improvements achieved. Enriching Quality DNA by program-managing Quality tools and methodologies training through our the organization Mentor Process improvement projects to successful closure to achieve targeted improvements and financial benefits Implement various Corporate Quality programs for the locations assigned. Support & guide staff on quality related projects as a part of their career development plans. Applicants Specifications & Qualification:

Role and Responsibilities

  • Graduation (any discipline) with 10-12 years of experience of working in an International/Domestic BPO/KPO across multiple domains Should be open to work 24/7 Lead Assessor trained in ISO 9001:2015 with sound knowledge of the standards and interpretations to ensure business success Program management expertise : Managed a QMS program in a BPO in multiple locations and continents for a minimum of 2 years preferably as Management representative/equivalent Project management expertise: Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt certified with at least 8-10 projects lead individually Hands on experience in 5S, RCA, Lean, Six sigma, Standard Work, Continuous Improvement, Tiered Accountability & GEMBA Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and deliver rigorous financial and/or statistical analysis to quantify business case scenarios, options and risks Ability to view the issues end-to-end and develop RCA and corrective action plans with tangible results. Experience in implementing other management system standards such as ISO 27000, ISO 22300, COPC, EFQM will be an added advantage Demonstrate excellent communication skills; ability to present ideas and solutions in a logical and articulate manner with the self-confidence to work with Senior Executives Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines; Self-motivated Team player and a proven leader Out of the box thinker to develop tools and processes for best utilization of resources. Ability to manage Internal and external clients; Strong conflict management skills. Self-motivated Team player and a proven leader Excellent skills on Excel/Quality Tools / Data Analysis /Minitab/Analytical Skills / Reporting
