Role: Data Analyst
Qualifications: BE/B.Tech
Experience: 2-4 years (Freshers are also welcome)
Location: Bangalore /Bengaluru
Skills required:
Well versed with Advanced excel
Experience on any of the cloud analytics platform such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Stack
Exposure to data generated from Google Analytics, Shopify (or any other store front), Search and Social media campaigns
Ability to converge the data from multiple data sources to build actionable insights
Has hands on large data handling
Platforms:
D2C (direct-to-consumer website)
Marketplaces/ ecommerce (Amazon, Flipkart, etc)
Offline sales
Role:
D2C:
Maintaining a reporting dashboard on key business and marketing KPIs
Creating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly analytics reports
Undertaking product, consumer and operations data analysis
Generating insightful recommendations to drive marketing effectiveness with shifting consumer demands
Evaluating data to ideate suggestions on product-market fit, operational efficiencies, website improvements, customer journey flow, etc
Marketplaces:
Generating online ecommerce sales reports
Creating and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly &Yearly analytics reports for Amazon & another channel.
Analysing trends in customer purchases, reviews / sentiment and evaluating significant changes in the online retail market for all the Products & competition.
Fees verification of D2C business on the E-commerce Channel.
Trend Analysis.
Competition analysis with regards to Pricing in the category.
Developing business insights from quantitative data and presenting insights with survey statistics, key driver analysis
Offline sales:
Data mining and preparing with interpretation of the same
Liasion with sales team to ensure data i out if correct
Being Able to create multiple scenarios with data
