Job description Roles and Responsibilities To assist/facilitate in the implementation and achievement of the project goals may include the following and/or other duties specific to project objectives: Enlist and tie up with the active schemes for Health in the district. Review of IEC material available with the health department Planning and implementation of SHARP projects. Facilitate the orientation of volunteers for the new program.s Prepare project reports of the SHARP project.s Discuss work requirements and schedules with the Project Manager to ensure that the work priorities can be accomplished in the given working hours scheduled for meeting a specific timeline. Desired Candidate Profile Post Graduate in Social Science, Public Health or any related field, Post Graduate qualification will have the advantage. Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience working in the development sector at the district and grass root level. Well-versed in developing project management plans and implementation strategies Understanding of the functioning of ICDS, Health/ RBSK/ RKSK, Self-help Groups, Youth clubs, and field-level functionaries Understanding of health and nutrition situation and challenges of the region Experience working in teams and with diverse stakeholders
