Description
Candidate should have capable to handle HR payroll of total employee's strength of 2000 to 2500.
Candidate should have good exposure to handle employee's total day to day grievances like Short Payment of salary, bonus, leave, incentive and other similar issues of payment.
Candidate shall follow the TAT of Incentive and salary preparation, Checking and Bank Disbursement.
Processing of monthly ESI/EPF/ECR & Bank Challans Payment
Preparation of Employees Other Payment like Advance, Loans, Incentive, and Leave Encashment and other amenities
Candidate should have good exposure of HRMS software, Preparation of Salary JV etc.,
Candidate should have good communication skills and Excellent in MS Excel.
