Ensuring timely processing of Payroll
Managing MIS
General Operations : -
Organising, managing & evaluating the Induction Program for New Entrants
Issuing Offer letters, Appointment letters, Transfers letters, Confirmation letters, Increment letters etc.
Employee Engagement & Organization Development :-
Ensuring timely updation of Organogram
Handling grievances
Maintaining HRIS
Responsible for complete accuracy and validation of all MISs & reports
Compliance: -
Taking care of all statutory compliances including PF, ESI, S&E, LWF, etc.
Lasioning with the Govt. Authorities
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as HR Generalist profile
Qualification: MBA-HR
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
